Beyondburg Inc. started in 2017 as a small kiosk built by a few friends with a serious love for smashing and eating great burgers. What began as a simple takeaway spot evolved into a focused concept driven by quality, craft, and intention.
Today, Beyondburg is recognized for its meat-forward smash burgers and deli-style sandwiches — made with premium ingredients, bold flavors, and a tightly curated menu. Inspired by classic American burger counters and shaped for a modern dining experience, the brand blends indulgence with sustainability.
Now expanding steadily across South Indian cities, Beyondburg is ready to level up — with plans to enter Asian markets, starting with South Korea and Japan — taking its bold, meat-forward philosophy beyond borders.

Our menu focuses on a modern take on American-style smash burgers — built with refined techniques and precision. Inspired by old-school American burger stands, classic barbecue houses, and traditional delicatessens, we bring timeless flavors into a contemporary setting. From our signature Swiss Cheese Burger to the Brisket Whopper and our stacked Pastrami Sandwich, every item is layered, balanced, and built with intent.

THE SUSTAINABLE WAY
We do understand that the world is shifting away from a consumerist overdrive to a more eco-conscious, mindful space. We are focusing on building a loyal base of customers who are aware of this shift, as well as catering for a multitude of aspirational consumers who would like to make this shift.
We are very focused on our usage of plastic and water. Reducing single-use plastic is one of our key focal points. We aim to be 100% single-use plastic-free by the end of 2023. We are proud of the fact that we are already at the 97% mark of meeting this goal, having moved all our burger packaging and pouches to paper. Even the interiors of our outlets focus on being as environment-friendly as possible, from using reclaimed wood for all furniture to using indoor plants that are purify air. We believe that our eco-conscious attitude should extend to every single detail across the board.

PLANS
We’re gearing up for steady, strategic growth. By 2025 and 2026, Beyondburg will open more locations across Bengaluru, followed by expansion into Chennai and Hyderabad by 2027. Our goal is to complete our India rollout by 2027 and take the leap into the wider Asian market.
As we grow, we’ll continue building a strong, distinctive brand—collaborating with top chefs, creating spaces that celebrate each city’s culture, and keeping our focus on quality, flavour, and sustainability. Every step forward will be measured, purposeful, and true to our vision of redefining burgers in this part of the world.
